The unit has 27 beds with an estimated patient ratio of 1:4-5. Skills required include interpretation of dysrhythmias, isolation precautions/PPE, management of dysrhythmias, monitoring chemotherapy, non-invasive airway management, peripheral line care/management, and telemetry. Support services available include physical therapy and rapid response teams. Demonstrated experience in patient management is essential. Travelers must comply with credentialing and fingerprinting requirements. Candidates must submit two professional references. Education must be from an accredited nursing program.
