License: Valid compact or state license required.
Certifications: BLS and ACLS required.
Must-Have:
Previous telemetry experience.
Experience with IV insulin protocols and insulin drips.
Strong cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation skills.
Description:
Candidates with only 1 year of experience may now be considered, but their profiles will need to be reviewed by the manager.
The schedule includes every other weekend.
All candidates must be aware of the urgency of the fingerprinting process.
Candidates must complete fingerprints as soon as they sign the contract.
RNs must have graduated from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.
Previous charge experience is acceptable for reference requirements.
Two professional references are required.
At least one reference must be from a supervisory position.
No coworker references will be accepted.
Travelers who are unresponsive or uncooperative with credentialing are at risk of being pushed or canceled.
Candidates currently outside the state but within driving distance are required to drive to a fingerprinting location.
Detailed instructions will be provided to candidates by the credentialing team.
Former employees are eligible for a travel assignment once they have been away from the facility for 6 months or more.
Current employees are ineligible for this position.
Travelers who are extreme distances from the state will be mailed a fingerprinting packet and must complete it urgently upon receipt.
