Travel Nursing Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,038–$2,265
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week
• Shift Duration: 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
• Weekend and Holiday Rotation: Every other weekend and holiday
• Start Date: October 19, 2026
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Work Setting: On-site

Registered Nurse (RN) Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of Registered Nurse experience preferred; candidates with 1 year of strong medical-surgical or telemetry experience may be considered
• Current Ohio or compact-state Registered Nurse license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and participate in the every-other-weekend and holiday rotation
• Strong patient assessment, cardiac monitoring, communication, organization, and clinical judgment skills

Medical-Surgical Telemetry Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and comprehensive nursing care to adult patients on a medical telemetry unit
• Monitor patients for changes in cardiac rhythm, vital signs, symptoms, and overall clinical condition
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with provider orders, hospital policies, and nursing standards
• Complete focused and comprehensive patient assessments, care planning, clinical documentation, and reassessments
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, ancillary staff, patients, and families to coordinate care
• Recognize changes in patient status and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate clinical team
• Promote patient education, safety, comfort, and continuity of care throughout the hospital admission
