- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910 - $2,010
- Location: Cleveland area, OH 44125
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of combined permanent experience in Med/Surg Tele, medical-surgical telemetry, or a closely related specialty
- Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact license in hand at time of submission
- Active AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
- NIHSS required prior to start
- One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the same specialty
- Willingness to complete ECG rhythm recognition testing and safeMedicate during orientation
- Ability to meet all compliance and onboarding requirements prior to start
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Interpret dysrhythmias and support safe management of telemetry patients
- Administer medications, coordinate care, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly
- Maintain a safe, organized, and patient-centered clinical environment
- Support unit goals while adapting to a dynamic and fast-moving hospital setting
