TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Travelers Rest, South Carolina, 29690!

Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, LTAC Medical-Surgical/Telemetry – South Carolina

Start Date: October 26, 2026

Location: Upstate South Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 3x12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM; Every other weekend with additional coverage as needed based on unit census

Requirements:

  • Active South Carolina RN license
  • Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience in LTAC Medical-Surgical/Telemetry, Medical-Surgical, or Progressive Care Unit settings
  • Minimum 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
  • Experience with arterial lines, ventilator management, continuous IV sedation, vasopressors, and complex wound care preferred
  • Proficiency in telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation, and stroke scale assessment
  • Willingness to float to other units based on facility needs and census requirements
  • First-time travelers considered based on relevant experience
  • Current flu vaccination required (no exemptions)
