Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Calais, Maine.
Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse (RN)
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for directing and coordinating the patient care team to provide individualized, high-quality patient care consistent with applicable standards. The RN collaborates with physicians, patient care team members, patients, and their families to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
The RN will demonstrate professional nursing practice skills by utilizing the nursing process in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for assigned patients across all age groups, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
This role requires promoting teamwork among medical staff and personnel within the unit and adhering to relevant policies regarding confidentiality, sexual harassment, advance directives, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is required.
