Registered Nurse - MedSurg/Tele | Travel | Shelby, NC

Assignment Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in MedSurg/Telemetry for a travel assignment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in cardiac rhythm interpretation and wound care, with the ability to provide comprehensive care in a dynamic environment. Applicants should be ready to handle a variety of patient diagnoses and possess the flexibility to work within a licensed bed facility.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret cardiac rhythms and manage cardiac drips
  • Perform wound care and manage drains/tubes
  • Initiate and manage peripheral and central lines
  • Work collaboratively with CNAs, charge nurses, and other support staff
  • Float within the region as per need

Qualifications

Required:

  • 18 months of Med/Tele RN experience
  • BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
  • Proficient in basic Med/Tele skillset
