    Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting, including Medical and Surgical ICU populations
    • Monitor, assess, and respond to critically ill patients throughout night shift hours
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
    • Float to other facilities within the health system as needed, based on staffing and patient care demands
    • Complete required compliance modules during pre-start and annually as directed
    Required Qualifications
    • Active California RN License
    • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
    • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
    • NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
    • BSN degree required
    • Minimum 2 years of Medical and Surgical ICU experience
    • Must have completed travel nursing assignment(s) within the past 12 months
    • COVID-19 vaccination and booster required; proof must be provided at time of submission
    • Candidates must be willing and able to float to different departments, units, or facilities within the health system as assignment needs dictate
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in a teaching hospital environment
    • Familiarity with large academic medical center workflows and protocols
