Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting within a small community hospital environment
- Utilize EPIC for all clinical charting and documentation
- Float to other units as needed based on census and staffing requirements
- Adhere to all facility compliance requirements, including timely completion of labs and orientation modules
Required Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania RN license or Compact license required and must be in hand at time of submission
- BLS, NIHSS, and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience required
- Requested Time Off (RTO) must be submitted at time of candidate submission; RTO submitted after will not be accepted
- PA Fingerprints (Childline) required; must be completed within one week of contract signing
- Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for standard traveler rates; candidates within 50 miles are welcome to apply at a local rate differential
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with EPIC electronic health records system
