    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting within a small community hospital environment
    • Utilize EPIC for all clinical documentation and charting
    • Float to other units as needed based on census and staffing requirements
    • Adhere to all facility compliance requirements, including timely completion of pre-start labs and orientation modules
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Pennsylvania RN license or Compact RN license required at time of submission
    • BLS, NIHSS, and ACLS certifications required
    • Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience required
    • Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at time of candidate submission; RTO submitted after will not be accepted
    • Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for standard travel rates (local travelers accepted at a rate differential)
    • PA Fingerprinting required; must be completed within 1 week of contract signing
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience with EPIC electronic health records system
    • Comfort working in a small community hospital ICU without an intermediate level of care floor
    • Flexibility to float to other units as census demands
