TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Hagerstown, Maryland, 21742!

Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – Maryland

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Maryland

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 36 guaranteed hours per week, 12-hour shifts, every other weekend required, 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio

Highlights:

  • Fast-paced ICU environment with complex patient population including trauma, cardiovascular, stroke, and neuro cases
  • Epic EMR system experience required
  • Competitive 1:2 patient ratios for optimal patient care delivery
  • Comprehensive 24-hour orientation program with interdisciplinary support from PT, respiratory, pharmacy, radiology, and rapid response teams
  • Float to IMC as needed within scope of practice
  • 18-bed daily census in a 24-bed unit with advanced equipment including CRRT, IABP, and EVDs

Requirements:

  • Active RN license (pending licenses accepted)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of ICU nursing experience required
  • Previous travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
  • Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
  • Epic charting system experience required
  • Strong clinical skills including ventilator management, vasoactive drip titration, arterial line management, central line care, and advanced monitoring techniques
  • Experience with critical patient populations including trauma, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions preferred
  • Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
  • COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required with no exemptions
