TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Hagerstown, Maryland, 21742!

Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – Maryland

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Hagerstown, Maryland

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 36 guaranteed hours per week, 12-hour shifts, 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio, every other weekend required, may float to IMC as needed

Highlights:

  • Work with a diverse patient population including trauma, cardiovascular, stroke, and neuro cases in a 24-bed critical care unit
  • Epic EMR system utilized across the facility
  • 24 hours of comprehensive orientation provided
  • Interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, physical therapy, and more
  • Advanced equipment and procedures including CRRT, intra-aortic balloon pumps, and intraventricular drains
  • Opportunity to work with adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations

Requirements:

  • Active RN license in Maryland or compact state license (pending licenses accepted)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of ICU nursing experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
  • Previous travel nursing experience required
  • Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
  • Epic charting system experience required
  • Experience with 1:2 patient ratios required
  • Trauma Level I or Level II experience preferred
  • Previous charge nurse experience preferred
  • Community hospital experience preferred
  • COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (no exemptions)
