Competency in caring for critically ill patients, including those on CRRT. Description: Seeking a registered nurse for the Intensive Care Unit. This position requires caring for adult patients with a variety of medical diagnoses. The nurse will work with a patient ratio of 1:2. The nurse will float within the service line as needed. Weekend coverage is expected every other weekend. Preferred skills include CRRT experience and knowledge in administering various medical interventions. The unit supports interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals. The nurse will be responsible for managing invasive lines and providing critical care support. Strong assessment and management skills are essential. Additional duties include the interpretation of vital signs and lab results.
