• Setting: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) with floating to IMCU
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing Job
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,470 - $2,600
• Start Date: October 5, 2026
• End Date: January 2, 2027
• Weekend/Holiday Expectations: Every other weekend; 2 holidays required if working through winter holidays
• Orientation: Weekly orientation available
• Dress Code: Any color scrubs

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar ICU or critical care setting
• Current BLS certification from AHA
• Current ACLS certification from AHA
• EPIC electronic health record experience required
• Must have CT surgery experience
• Experience with advanced cardiac support devices such as IABP and IMPELLA required
• Must be able to work night shifts and participate in weekend rotation
• Candidate must have been separated from the health system for 6+ months to be considered

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Care for patients requiring advanced cardiac and surgical support
• Safely manage and document care in the EPIC electronic medical record
• Float between ICU and IMCU as needed to support patient care needs
• Deliver high-quality critical care nursing while maintaining safety, efficiency, and teamwork
