Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 2 years of recent experience in a similar ICU / critical care setting
• Experience with CT surgery patients required
• Experience with IABP and IMPELLA devices required
• Current BLS certification from AHA
• Current ACLS certification from AHA
• EPIC experience required
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts
• Must be able to float between ICU and IMCU
• Must have been separated from the system for 6 months or more to be considered

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Support complex cardiac and thoracic surgery patients
• Manage and monitor advanced devices and therapies as assigned
• Document accurately in EPIC and maintain high standards of clinical charting
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the care team
• Provide safe, compassionate care across ICU and IMCU settings
• Participate in rotating weekend and holiday coverage as scheduled
