First Connect Health is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Bay City, Michigan.

Pay Breakdown


(Based on 36 hours)

W2 (taxable): $24.00/hr
Per Diem (Non-Taxable):$1853.00
Gross Weekly Pay: $2717.00/week

 

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years ICU experience - Required
  • Comfortable floating to ED and Step Down - Required
  • BLS (AHA) - Required
  • ACLS - Required
  • NIHSS - Required
  • Travel experience - Preferred
  • Neurosurgical experience - Preferred
  • Open-heart experience - Preferred
  • TCAR, TNCC, CCRN, SCRN - Nice to Have

Responsibilities:

  • Integrate evidence-based knowledge into clinical practice.
  • Delegate and coordinate nursing care assignments.
  • Facilitate and participate in patient care conferences.
  • Identify and address ongoing, discharge, and transfer education needs.
  • Coordinate with appropriate resources and participate in discharge/transfer planning.
  • Pursue professional development and continuing education opportunities.
  • Teach and guide professional and ancillary staff.
  • Precept and mentor new employees and students.
  • Function as a team leader to ensure appropriate patient placement and delegation.
  • Communicate relevant patient information clearly and effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and planning skills.

Certifications:

  • BLS (AHA) - Required
  • ACLS - Required
  • NIHSS - Required
  • TCAR - Preferred
  • TNCC - Preferred
  • CCRN - Preferred
  • SCRN - Preferred

License:

  • Michigan RN License - Required
