Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced ED RN for a travel assignment in the Emergency Department in Utica, NY. This role is ideal for a registered nurse specializing in emergency care, providing comprehensive medical services to diverse patient groups including newborns, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. Nurses will be part of a dynamic work environment utilizing advanced medical equipment and handling a range of patient diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities of the ED RN

• Provide care to all patients in the Emergency Department, including SANE cases
• Administer required drips and medications, such as pressors, vasodilators, anti-arrhythmics, and sedation agents
• Operate specialty equipment like Rapid Infusor and Arctic Sun
• Manage a caseload that may include stroke, sepsis, trauma, MI, cardiac arrest, and respiratory failure
• Participate in floating assignments as required

Requirements of the ED RN

• Active NY RN license
• 2+ years of experience in ED nursing, including pediatric care
• Documented travel nursing experience
• Current AHA ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC certifications
• Experience with EPIC EMR system
• Driver's license with address matching demographics
