Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (IMCU/PCU) – Upstate New York

Schedule: Day shift, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM; floating required as needed
Highlights:
- 64-bed Intermediate Care Unit with 15 designated Neuro beds
- Diverse case mix including neuro, cardiac, trauma, respiratory (COPD), DKA, sepsis, MI, CV stepdown, and post-operative patients
- Specialty equipment experience includes temporary pacers, chest tubes, arterial lines, BiPAP, and Neptune systems
- Chronic vent patients with respiratory therapy support; adult patient population (18+)
- EPIC electronic medical records system
- Local and travel candidates accepted
Requirements:
- Active RN license in New York State (all licenses must be verified via NURSYS with RTO included)
- Minimum 2+ years of documented IMCU/PCU experience required
- Travel nursing experience preferred
- Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Valid driver's license with current address documentation
- Completed skills checklist matching specialty area
