TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Utica, New York, 13502!

Job Opportunity – Emergency Department Registered Nurse – New York

Start Date: October 26, 2026

Location: Utica, New York

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, 12-hour shifts. Block scheduling requests considered but not guaranteed. Floating to other units as needed.

Highlights:
  • High-volume, 64-bed Emergency Department with diverse patient population including newborns, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
  • Level of care includes Stroke, Sepsis, Trauma, MI, Cardiac Arrest, and Respiratory Failure
  • Unit features 40 acute care beds, 2 Trauma bays, 6 super track beds, 10 Clinical Decision Unit beds, 6 psych beds, and 2 Triage stations
  • EPIC EMR system in use; experience required
  • Specialty equipment includes Rapid Infusor and Arctic Sun
  • Charge nurse capability highly preferred
Requirements:
  • Active and unencumbered New York RN license (all RN licenses must be verified through NURSYS with RTO included)
  • Minimum 2+ years of Emergency Department experience with pediatric patient care experience required
  • Previous travel nursing experience required
  • Current certifications: AHA ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course must be in hand at time of submission)
  • EPIC EMR experience required
  • Valid driver's license with current address
  • Current skills checklist matching Emergency Department specialty
