Description:
ER Registered Nurse positions are available with an alternating schedule for nights.
Will consider 48-hour shifts.
12 weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday) required per contract.
ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications are required.
The candidate should have experience in a Level II Trauma Center.
Key skills include management of abdominal pain, acute psychosis, drug overdoses, and intubation.
The role requires proficiency in starting and maintaining IVs as well as managing ventilated patients.
The patient demographic includes neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
Daily census in the unit can reach up to 165.
The unit is supported by various interdisciplinary teams including physical therapy and pharmacy.
Candidates should have travel experience.
Cerner charting experience is preferred.
