**Job Description:**

**Position Details:**
- **Role:** Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department (ED)
- **Shift:** 10A to 10P (varies)
- **Guaranteed Weekly Hours:** 36
- **Patient Ratios:** 1:4-5 (flexible based on acuity)
- **Weekend Hours:** Every other weekend
- **Call Requirements:** No call required
**Qualifications:**
- **Required Certifications:**
- ACLS
- BLS
- PALS
- NIHSS
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in Emergency Department
- **Education:** Associate's Degree in Nursing
- **Preferred Skills/Experience:**
- Familiarity with Meditech EHR
- Knowledge of common diagnoses & treatments: Respiratory Distress, Overdose, CHF, Dialysis, HTN
**Unit Information:**
- **Beds:** 26 in the Emergency Department
- **Equipment:** GE Monitors and standard ED equipment
- **Patient Population:** All age groups
