**Job Description:**
- **Position:** Registered Nurse (RN)
- **Specialty:** Emergency Department (ED)
- **Shift:** 7PM to 7AM
- **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36
- **Weekend Hours:** Every other weekend
- **Call Requirements:** None
**Unit Profile:**
- **Number of Beds:** 26
- **Patient Ratios:** 1:4-5 (flexible depending on acuity)
- **Equipment:** GE Monitors, Standard ED equipment
- **EHR:** Meditech
- **Patient Population:** All ages
- **Supervisor:** Donna Nanney
**Requirements:**
- **Certifications:**
- ACLS
- BLS
- PALS
- NIHSS
- **Years of Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in the Emergency Department
- **Common Diagnosis/Treatment:**
- Respiratory Distress
- Overdose
- Congestive Heart Failure (CHF)
- Dialysis
- Hypertension (HTN)
**Hiring Profile:**
- **Must Have Skills/Experience:**
- Strong clinical judgment
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in ED
- **Preferred Traits:**
- Team player
- Engaged in patient care
