Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel nurse RN Educator for a travel nursing job in Milton, Massachusetts.
Registered Nurse (RN)
The Registered Nurse will take on the responsibilities of educator, consultant, researcher, facilitator, role model, mentor, and leader in an acute care setting. This role will involve assessing staff educational needs and planning, coordinating, conducting, and evaluating educational programs aimed at promoting adult learning, enhancing patient outcomes, and supporting professional development.
Candidates must have been separated from previous employment for a minimum of 6 months to be eligible for consideration. Candidates will be required to pass ECG/Tele and Medication tests, administered by CCH via Zoom Protector meeting, with an 85% passing score.
This position is vital in enhancing the overall quality of care provided to patients and will contribute significantly to the professional development of nursing staff.
