Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. This role requires both adult and pediatric expertise in a fast-paced environment, providing critical care to patients in emergency situations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in Epic.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families.

Shift Details

  • Evening 12-hour shifts: 1100-2330 or 1500-0330
  • Includes weekends and holidays

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an Emergency Department with both adult and pediatric populations within the last three years.
  • Current RN license in Wisconsin or Compact RN license.
  • Epic experience is required.
  • Certification in BLS, PALS, and ACLS (AHA only) is required.
  • Certification in TNCC is required.
  • Candidates must pass a Telemetry test prior to starting the position.
