  • Position Description: The Registered Nurse will carry out nursing care within hospital standards and unit policies, ensuring comprehensive patient assessment, individualized care planning, and accurate documentation. Responsibilities include anticipating patient and unit needs, facilitating patient education and discharge planning, and participating in quality improvement and educational activities.
  • Required Qualifications: Graduation from a recognized nursing school, holding or eligible for a valid multi-state or Oklahoma Registered Nurse License, with certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS. Zero (0) to six (6) months of related experience. Epic experience and a working knowledge of disease state management, bio-psychosocial modeling, and clinical pathways are required.
  • Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Additional Information: The candidate must demonstrate effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to organize and prioritize work efficiently. Ability to handle clinical and numerical data with attention to detail is essential.
