Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in a healthcare facility.   • Additional Information: The RN will assess patients, complete assessments, and individualize care plans within established guidelines. Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process for patient care, supporting discharge education, making timely referrals, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. The role supports unit and hospital goals through participation in PI and educational activities, mandatory in-services, and accurate documentation.
