Travel Chronic RN – Albany Area, NY
Position: Chronic RN
Setting: Post-Acute / Dialysis
Contract: 13 weeks
Start: 2–3 weeks after offer
Shift: Days, approx. 5:00 AM–5:00 PM
Guaranteed: 36 hrs/week
Days: 3 days/week
On Call: None
Requirements
- RN license: Compact required; applicable state license must be active at submission
- BLS: Required
- Charge RN experience:Required
- Prior DCI experience: Preferred, not required
- Prior travel experience: Preferred, not required
- BSN: Not required
- License verification + certifications must be submitted with candidate
- Nursys report required for nurses
Duties
- Charge RN responsibilities
- Physician care rounds
- IDT meetings
- Report abnormal findings and document
- Complete care plans and assessments
- Medication reconciliation
- Monthly progress notes
- Perform duties within scope as requested
Scheduling / Float
- May float to other Albany-area clinics
- Saturday rotation may be required based on client need
- Scheduling requests must be disclosed at submission
- Shifts may change based on census/staffing needs
