Care Career is seeking a travel nurse RN Dialysis for a travel nursing job in Dawson, Georgia.
RN Dialysis | Dawson, GA | 13 Weeks
DCI Dawson is seeking an experienced Dialysis RN for a 13-week chronic outpatient dialysis assignment. The RN will provide direct patient care, function as Charge Nurse when needed, participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, complete care plans and assessments, perform medication reconciliation, and collaborate with physicians regarding patient care.
Shift:
• 3x12 Days
• Approx. 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 36 Guaranteed Hours
• Primarily Monday, Wednesday, Friday
• May be required to attend staffing meetings on Tuesday/Thursday
Pay:
• Up to $2,002/week
Requirements:
• Active Compact RN License
• BLS Certification
• Chronic Dialysis Experience Required
• Charge Nurse Experience Preferred
• Prior DCI Experience Preferred
• Prior Travel Experience Preferred
Responsibilities:
• Hemodialysis Treatments
• Patient Assessments
• Care Plan Development
• Medication Reconciliation
• Monthly Progress Notes
• Physician Care Rounds
• Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) Meetings
• Documentation of Abnormal Findings
Facility Highlights:

• No On-Call Requirement
• Float to Other Albany Area Clinics if Needed
• 36 Guaranteed Hours

• Saturday Rotation May Be Required Based on Facility Needs
