**Charge Nurse - Nights ( RN )**
**Job Description:**

- **Position Overview:**
- Collaborate with the Director to achieve organizational and departmental goals.
- Support your team as a Charge Nurse, quality management coordinator, and essential resource.
- Step in to provide administrative support in the Director's absence.
- **Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate and direct total nursing care for an assigned group of residents/patients.
- Take full responsibility for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Engage in patient/resident and family teaching for a collaborative care approach.
- Work cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other team members according to established policies and standards.
- Ensure privacy and confidentiality of residents/patients at all times.
- **Qualifications:**
- Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
- License: Active State of Maine or Compact RN license.
- Certification: Current BLS certification required.
