**Charge Nurse - Nights (RN)**
**Job Description:**

- As a Charge Nurse, you will play a vital part in coordinating and directing comprehensive nursing care for our valued residents/patients.
- Collaborate closely with the Director to achieve organizational and departmental goals.
- Act as a quality management coordinator and resource for your unit, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Take responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of resident/patient care.
- Provide essential education to patients/residents and their families, enhancing their understanding and comfort.
- Work cooperatively with a talented team of nursing and ancillary staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Be an integral part of our mission, maintaining resident/patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
**Qualifications:**
- Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
- License: Active State of Maine or Compact RN license.
- Certification: BLS required.
