Guaranteed Hours: 40/week

Orientation: Weekly on Mondays

Requirements

• 5+ years of RN experience
• Case Management experience
• ACM certification – Required
• BLS – Required
• Required certifications must be completed before starting
• ADN RN required
• Experience with:
  • Discharge planning
  • Medical necessity
  • Difficult patient placements
• MCG experience preferred

Unit & Patient Details

• 107-bed all-private hospital
• Case Management department
• Patient ratio: 1:12–15
• Primarily adult patients
• Common cases include:
  • COPD
  • CHF
  • Pneumonia
  • Sepsis
  • Total joint procedures
  • Fractures

Systems & Equipment

• Meditech Magic
• CarePort
• Medhost
• Quanum
• Desktop computer, iPad, printer, fax, scanner

Weekend/Call

• Weekend call: 8 hours every 3rd–4th weekend
• Currently 3–4 hours in-house on weekends/holidays

Dress Code

• Any scrub color
• No hoodies
