Shift: 08:00–17:00
Schedule: Days
Guaranteed Hours: 40/week
Contract: 91 weeks
Openings: 1
Orientation: Weekly on Mondays
Required Qualifications
- RN with ADN
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Case Management experience
- ACM certification
- BLS
- Discharge Planning experience
- Medical Necessity experience
- Experience with difficult placement patients
- Must be 60 miles or greater from the facility to qualify as a traveler
Preferred Qualifications
Unit & Facility Details
- 107-bed, all-private hospital
- Joint Commission accredited
- Patient ratio: 1:12–15
- Patient population: Not specified
- Equipment: Desktop computer, iPad, printer, fax, scanner
- EHR/Systems: Meditech Magic, CarePort, Medhost, Quanum
- No floating required
Weekend & Call Requirements
- Weekend call required
- 8 hours every 3rd–4th weekend
- Current weekend coverage also includes 3–4 hours in-house on weekends/holidays
