Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of nursing experience required; cardiac stepdown, telemetry, or acute care experience preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a hospital or acute care environment

• Ability to complete required onboarding, compliance, and competency documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to cardiac stepdown patients with varying acuity levels
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and escalate concerns promptly
