Contract | Days | Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Perform magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures in accordance with established protocols and standards of care
- Operate and maintain MRI equipment to ensure optimal image quality and patient safety
- Prepare and position patients for MRI scans, explaining procedures and addressing patient concerns
- Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to review images and ensure diagnostic accuracy
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- ARRT (M) certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of MRI technologist experience
- Weekend availability required (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- Overtime must be pre-approved; no on-call requirements
- Credentialing must be completed prior to start date
- At least 1 professional reference from entire work history required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a high-volume or fast-paced imaging environment
- Strong patient communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with a variety of MRI protocols and sequences
