Job Details
- Position Description: This role entails performing comprehensive assessments, formulating individualized care plansincluding discharge planningand delivering direct patient care following physician orders and established policies. The nurse supervises and delegates tasks appropriately to licensed and non-licensed team members, ensuring continuity and quality of care. The position also involves documentation, patient teaching, participation in clinical improvement activities, and engagement in professional development.
- Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification. Experience in a clinical setting within the past 12 months in an acute care environment in the specialty area.
- Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: The nurse will provide care based on the best available evidence, participate in unit or facility shared leadership, and interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members to support health outcomes and patient safety.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing. Professional certification relevant to the specialty.
