Description

American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Tele RN for a hospital float pool position requiring an active MA RN license and Epic experience.

Details

• Work within the Nursing Float Pool at a hospital setting
• Medical-Surgical unit with telemetry patient population
• 12-hour rotating shifts covering days and nights (7p-7:30a and 7a-7:30p)
• 36 hours per week over an 8-week assignment
• Every other weekend and rotating holiday coverage required
• Epic EMR experience required

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required in hand
• BLS certification (AHA) required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must pass Tele/ECG and Medication competency testing

Additional Information

• Provide medical-surgical nursing care with telemetry monitoring as part of the float pool team
• COVID vaccine plus booster and flu vaccine required, with medical exemptions allowed
• Only 3 days of time off will be approved during the assignment
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• Previous BILH employees (travel, perm, or per diem) must complete a 6-month break before returning to any BILH facility
