Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg (Transplant PCU) position on the night shift, requiring a GA or compact RN license and prior ICU experience.

Details

• Work on the EUH Transplant 6T unit
• PCU/Med-Surg patient population
• Night shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts totaling 36 hours per week
• No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

• Active GA or compact RN license required in hand
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience within the past 3 years required
• Minimum 18 months of overall recent experience required

Additional Information

• Navy blue scrubs required
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; no local candidates accepted
• Former Emory or Houston Methodist perm staff must be separated for 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• RTO requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days if not near a holiday, or 3 days if falling on or near a holiday, with only one holiday request allowed
