Part-Time Recreation Specialist: Performs customer service functions: provides information or assistance regarding services, activities, forms, procedures, fees, or other issues; responds to routine questions and complaints; researches problems and initiates problem resolution; and refers complaints/problems to appropriate personnel. Prepares facilities according to daily schedule: opens and closes facility; unlocks and locks doors; turns lights on or off; disarms and sets alarm; moves, sets up, and tears down tables, chairs, etc. and performs routine cleaning duties such as emptying trash, sweeping floors, etc.
p>While performing the duties of this Job, the Teammate is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and jump; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. Works directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new Teammates and provide leadership.

High school diploma or GED supplemented by one year of experience working with relative caregivers, teens, or youth, and implementing recreational and/or social programs, or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job. Physical Ability Tasks require the ability to exert moderate though not constant physical effort, typically involving some combination of climbing and balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling, and which may involve some lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling of objects and materials of moderate weight (12-20 pounds).
