Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN - Med/Surg for a 13-week travel assignment requiring surgical, wound care, and PCA/Epidural experience.

Details

• General Surgery unit at a hospital
• 3x12 AM shifts, 36 hours per week
• No on-call requirements
• Traveler must be willing to charge if asked

Requirements

• Active GA or Compact RN license in hand
• Current BLS and NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Surgical, wound care, and PCA/Epidural experience required

Additional Information

• Navy blue scrubs required
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates not accepted
• Former Emory or Houston perm staff must be separated for 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• RTO requests limited to a maximum of 5 days if not near a holiday, or 3 days if near a holiday, with only 1 holiday request allowed
