Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Ortho/Neurosurgery position requiring 18 months of experience and a GA or compact RN license

Details

• Med/Surg unit specializing in Orthopedic and Neurosurgery patient care
• Night shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
• 30-minute meal break included in shift
• No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

• Active GA or compact RN license in hand
• AHA BLS certification required
• Minimum 18 months of Med/Surg experience required
• Strong neuro and ortho clinical experience required
• Epic EMR experience required

Additional Information

• Provide nursing care to orthopedic and neurosurgical patient populations
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible, as local candidates are not accepted
• Former Emory employees must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• Holiday coverage requirements apply with limited RTO allowances around holidays
