Job Requirements

• 2+ years of registered nurse experience in Labor & Delivery or women's health nursing
• Current RN license
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN required
• SVE competency required
• C-section circulation experience required
• Experience with fetal monitoring and L&D workflow preferred
• Team-oriented approach with a positive attitude
• Ability to follow attendance and scheduling expectations
• Navy blue scrubs required

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients
• Support high-volume deliveries and assist with routine Labor & Delivery procedures
• Circulate for C-sections and respond to changing clinical needs in a fast-paced hospital setting
• Monitor fetal status and collaborate with the women's health care team on patient care plans
• Perform assessments, document care accurately, and maintain timely communication with the team
• Assist with procedures including SVD, cerclages, C-sections, and TOLAC
• Work effectively within a patient-centered, high-acuity L&D unit
