Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN for a 13-week overnight contract requiring AWHONN fetal monitoring and NRP certification.

Details

• Labor & Delivery unit setting
• 13-week contract assignment
• Overnight shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
• 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery experience required
• Intermediate or advanced AWHONN or NCCEFM fetal monitoring certification required
• Current NRP Advanced 9th Edition certification from the American Academy of Pediatrics required
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
• US SSN required (Canadian SSN not accepted)

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care to laboring and delivering patients
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start
• Must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
• Professional references required: one reference for most states, two references required for Florida and Missouri candidates
