Start Date: October 26, 2026

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

Schedule: Night shift, 4x12-hour shifts (18:30 - 07:00), with option for 36 or 48 hours per week. Weekend coverage required (6 weekend shifts per schedule period). Patient ratio 1:2. May float to Medical-Surgical, Stepdown, PCU, Emergency Department, or CVICU with a maximum of 4 patients when floating.

• Pending New Mexico or Compact state license accepted (must be obtained prior to start date)
• 24-36 hours of orientation provided with onsite module completion
• Opportunity to work with advanced critical care equipment and complex patient populations

Requirements:

• Active RN license (New Mexico or Compact state license; pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience with 1:2 patient ratio experience
• Current certifications: BLS and ACLS required; NIHSS required
• Proficiency in critical care skills including ventilator management, arterial line management, central line care, vasoactive drip titration, cardiac drip titration, blood product administration, and dysrhythmia management
• Experience with BiPAP/CPAP, continuous IV sedation, high flow nasal cannula, and care of ventilated patients
• Must reside outside 50-mile local radius
