Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, ICU – Albuquerque, NM 87102

Start Date: October 12, 2026

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

Schedule: Night shift, 4x12-hour shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM). Option of 36 or 48 hours per week. Weekend coverage required (6 weekend shifts per schedule period). Patient ratio 1:2.

  • 24-36 hours of orientation provided to ensure successful transition
  • Pending New Mexico or Compact license accepted (must be obtained prior to start)

Requirements:

  • Active RN license (New Mexico or Compact state license)
  • Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
  • Current certifications: BLS (required), ACLS (required), NIHSS
  • Experience with patient ratios of 1:2
  • Proficiency in critical care skills including ventilator management, vasoactive drip titration, arterial line management, central line care, blood product administration, and dysrhythmia management
  • Willingness to float to similar units (Medical-Surgical, Step-Down, PCU, ER, CVICU) with maximum 4-patient ratio when floating
  • Must reside outside 50-mile local radius
