Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, ICU – Albuquerque, NM 87102

Start Date: October 26, 2026

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

Schedule: Night shift, 4x12-hour shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM), with option for 36 or 48 hours per week. Patient ratio of 1:2. Weekend coverage required (6 weekend shifts per schedule period). Float required to similar units as needed.

Requirements:

  • Active RN license (New Mexico or Compact state license; pending licenses accepted but must be obtained prior to start)
  • Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIHSS certification required
  • Experience with 1:2 patient ratios
  • Proficiency in critical care skills including ventilator management, vasoactive drip titration, arterial line management, central line care, blood product administration, and management of patients with multisystem organ dysfunction
  • Must reside outside 50-mile local radius
