Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, ICU – Albuquerque, NM 87102

Start Date: October 12, 2026

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM). Option to work 36 or 48 hours per week. Weekend coverage required with 6 weekend shifts per schedule period. Patient ratio of 1:2.

Requirements:

• Active RN license (New Mexico or Compact state license; pending licenses accepted but must be obtained prior to start)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIHSS certification required
• Experience with patient ratios of 1:2
• Proficiency in critical care skills including ventilator management, arterial line management, vasoactive drip titration, central line care, blood product administration, and dysrhythmia management
• Willingness to float to medical-surgical, step-down, PCU, ER, or CVICU units as needed (capped at 4 patients when floating)
• Must reside outside 50-mile local radius
