  • Required Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), ENPC or PALS, NIHSS, TNCC
  • Required Qualifications: Certified in BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, NIHSS; minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience; valid licensure and license submission; residency within a 60-mile radius; ability to work night shifts; minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Clinical Responsibilities: Managing patients with diagnoses such as abdominal pain, chest pain, fever, cough, dyspnea, headache, injury, and extremity pain; performing ECGs, ABGs, breathing treatments, medication drips including cardiac, antihypertensive, antiarrhythmic, sedation, and analgesia; utilizing tele monitors and RT equipment.
  • Operational Details: Self-scheduling and block scheduling available; full and part-time shifts including weekends and holidays; float rotation may be required; the facility operates with a charge nurse present during shifts; facilitates patient transport and lab draws.
  • Submission Requirements: Must hold a license to submit and be available during the week of orientation, which will be in the state.
