Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

This is a contract position for a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Free Standing Emergency Department. The role is structured to offer enhanced flexibility and learning opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Unit Information

Location: Manor FSED, City, State
Number of Beds: 11
Staffing:
- Day Shift: Includes 1 Charge Nurse (CNC), 1 RN
- Night Shift: Includes 1 Charge Nurse (CNC), 1 RN
Type of Equipment: Ventilators, Point of Care (POC) Lab Machines
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: Meditech
Permanent Positions Available: Yes

Shift Details

Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM
Call Requirements: None
Weekends: Required (rotating schedule)

Qualifications

Must Have:

Less than 2 years of experience in a clinical setting

Preferred:

Experience in Free Standing Emergency Departments (FSED)

Role Responsibilities

Perform IV starts and patient assessments
Conduct 12-lead EKGs
Provide exceptional patient care and support as part of a collaborative team

Dress Code

Please wear navy blue scrubs while on duty. Avoid any attire that does not conform to the unit's dress code policy.
