Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring 2 years of recent ED or critical care experience and EPIC proficiency.

Details

• Emergency Department-Trauma unit setting
• 13-week assignment
• Night shift schedule from 18:45 to 07:15
• Every other weekend and every other holiday required
• Block scheduling not available
• May be required to float within skill set or to sites within 40 miles

Requirements

• Active WI or compact RN license required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA)
• TNCC certification recommended
• 2 years of recent ED experience in a larger ED department or critical care experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Nursys license verification within 30 days prior to start required
• Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start required
• US Social Security Number and US home address required for consideration

• Provide emergency and trauma nursing care within a fast-paced ED environment
• Local candidates accepted at a reduced rate per facility radius rule
• Candidates should begin discussing extension opportunities with managers approximately 45 days before assignment end date
