The role requires proficiency in assisting with complex surgical interventions, including cardiac bypass, valve repairs, thoracic and vascular procedures, and endovascular treatments. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain high standards of patient safety and surgical support.
